Time to "Fall" Asleep

Jerome, Idaho. That's just North of Twin Falls for those of you haven't had the fortune of spending the night next to a Flyin J's and a cow pasture.

We didn't make it as far as we expected. But given that the day ended wet and cold, it's a hotel night. It looks like thunderstorms are in the forecast for the next day.

The rain clouds did give us a spectacular sunset as we winded down our day of driving.

Three states and about 12 hours later. Dinner at Idaho Joe's in Twin Falls, brought the day to an end.

I think were both ready for a good night's sleep. The longest day of driving is behind us. Tomorrow, we'll head to Craters of the Moon, and then up to Glacier National Park in Montana.

One down. 17 to go.
